How much does it cost to list my profile?

Listing your profile is free. SessionBoard takes a small platform fee on deposits processed through the booking system — only when you actually book a client. There's no monthly subscription and no upfront cost. Founding Partners get $0 fees for their first 6 months.

How do payouts work?

Deposits go directly into your connected Stripe account. Funds clear within 1-2 business days. You set your own deposit percentage (we default to 25% of session rate). No escrow delays, no waiting for SessionBoard to release funds.

Can I manage my own rates and session types?

Completely. You set rates per session type (wrestling, muscle worship, lift & carry, mixed, custom), configure deposit requirements, and control what's displayed on your profile. Change anything anytime from your provider dashboard.

What if I'm already managing bookings myself?

SessionBoard doesn't replace your existing workflow — it supplements it. Your profile increases discoverability. Clients who find you through SessionBoard can book with a deposit, while you continue handling direct bookings however you prefer. No exclusivity required.
